West Tennessee Animal Rescue operates a Low Cost Spay & Neuter Program called 'SNIP' (Spay Neuter Initiative Program) for the West Tennessee public. Owners who can not afford to have their pets spayed or neutered can complete an application for this program and mail it to the address on the form, along with a check or money order for $30.00 written to: West TN Animal Rescue. Please also include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so we can send your voucher to you.
NOTE: Complete the application entirely and remember to include the $30.00 fee.

Once we receive your application, we will process it and if approved, we will mail you a voucher to have your pet spayed or neutered at the veterinary clinic you chose when you completed the application. When you receive your voucher in the mail, you then call your veterinary clinic and make an appointment. The voucher will have an expiration date on it, so make sure you call you vet clinic right away.
